BOOKING YOUR APPOINTMENT 

Please note that a deposit of £10 has to be made to secure your appointment.

The deposit is included in the total cost of service and it is non-refundable if you choose to cancel.

Also, if late a charge of £10 will be added to your total bill for every 15minutes.

Remaining balance can be paid either by card payment or with cash.

BEFORE APPOINTMENT

Please, your frontal/ lace closure including bundles has to be received 5 days in advance before your appointment.

Any later will result in a £20 charge. My address will be provided in your confirmation email/calendar invite.

PLEASE, COME TO YOUR APPOINTMENT WITH YOUR HAIR ALREADY BRAIDED BACK, THIS IS NOT INCLUDED IN ANY SERVICE.

EMERGENCY (less than 24hours) slots are subject to availability and will be charged £60 extra.

CUSTOM COLOURING SERVICE 

If you would like to add custom colour to your service please state in your booking form.

You will be contacted to find out the look you wish to achieve.

Please note, starting price for custom colouring is £40 products not included.

RETURNS AND REFUND 

HLBN Products are non refundable. Exchange can be made if item is broken or faulty.
